What is LISTLAH?

LISTLAH is an online marketplace built for Singapore. It brings buyers and sellers from every neighbourhood into one place: a family clearing out a HDB flat in Sengkang before moving, a student selling last year's assessment books in Clementi, a collector trading cards in Bishan, or a shop in Ubi listing refurbished laptops.

The name says how it works: list it, find it, lah. Listings are quick to post, search works by what you want and where you are, and the marketplace is designed to make honest deals easy and scams hard.

What can you buy and sell on LISTLAH?

Most things that are legal to sell in Singapore. Listings are organised into these categories:

Phones & Tablets, Computers & IT and Electronics: phones, laptops, cameras, audio and smart home devices.
Home Appliances and Furniture & Home: sofas, beds, aircons, washers and everything for moving house.
Fashion, Luxury and Health & Beauty: authentic branded and unbranded items only.
Babies & Kids and Books & Stationery: strollers, toys, assessment books and textbooks.
Video Gaming, Hobbies & Collectibles and Sports & Outdoors: consoles, trading cards, instruments, bicycles and fitness gear.
Cars & Vehicles, Property, Jobs and Services, each with the details buyers expect, such as COE expiry for cars.

Buy and sell anywhere in Singapore

Every listing shows its planning area, so you can search close to home or across the island. Popular areas include Tampines, Jurong West, Woodlands, Sengkang, Bedok, Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh, Punggol and Queenstown. The full list of areas, grouped by region, is at the bottom of every page.

How to buy safely on LISTLAH

Search with a keyword and an area, for example "iPhone 15" in Bedok, then sort by newest or set a price range.
Read the whole listing: photos, condition, price and the seller's badges. Business sellers are labelled.
Chat on LISTLAH and ask the questions that matter to you. Be wary of anyone who wants to move to another app straight away.
Inspect before you pay. Meet in a busy public place, test the item, and for cars check the details with LTA before any money changes hands.
Never pay a deposit for something you have not seen, and never share an OTP or banking login. LISTLAH will never ask for them.

How to sell on LISTLAH

Create a free account, then post your listing: choose a category, add a clear title, a fair price and real photos, pick your area and publish. Listings must follow the marketplace rules: one item per listing, honest photos, a real price, and no prohibited or counterfeit items.

Listings stay up for a set time for their category, and we remind you before they expire so you can renew or mark them as sold. To reach more buyers, add a promotion; see the pricing page for current prices.

Tips for a listing that sells

Use real photos in good light. Show the whole item and any marks or damage; the first photo is the one buyers see in search.
Write a specific title. "iPhone 14 Pro 256GB, battery 89%, Punggol" gets more chats than "Phone for sale".
Give a fair, real price and say if it is negotiable.
Add the details buyers ask first. Phones: storage, battery health and warranty. Furniture: dimensions and whether you can help with delivery. Cars: COE expiry, mileage and owners.
Reply quickly and mark the listing as sold when it is gone.

Is LISTLAH free to use?

Yes. Browsing, searching and contacting sellers is free, and a basic listing is free within the allowance for its category. Optional promotions and the Business subscription for businesses and frequent sellers are paid, with prices in Singapore dollars on the Pricing page.

Which parts of Singapore does LISTLAH cover?

All of it. Every listing shows its planning area, such as Tampines, Jurong West or Toa Payoh, and you can search one area, a region such as the East or North-East, or the whole island. Listings show the seller's area, never their home address.

How do I find listings near me?

Type what you want in the search box and choose your area, or use "Near me" on the results page to see listings within a few kilometres. You can also open a category and filter by area and price.

How do I contact a seller?

Open the listing and use LISTLAH chat or the other contact options the seller has turned on. Keeping the conversation on LISTLAH gives you a record of the deal and lets our safety checks warn you about known scam patterns.

Is it safe to buy on LISTLAH?

LISTLAH does not take payments between buyers and sellers, so check the item before you pay. Meet in a busy public place, never pay a deposit for something you have not seen, never share a one-time password (OTP), and be careful if someone pushes you to another chat app. Report anything suspicious.

How many listings can I post?

Each category has a monthly allowance and a limit on how many listings can be live at once. Higher-value categories such as phones and cars have smaller allowances to keep out scams and spam; allowances grow as you verify your account and build a good track record.

Can businesses sell on LISTLAH?

Yes. Shops, dealers and service providers can sell with a business account, which shows the business name on listings and adds a storefront page. Frequent sellers who are not registered as a business may be asked to switch.
